Privacy note

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in email. We use your message only to reply and provide support. If you want to review our terms, privacy policy, or cookie notice, you can find them in the footer on every page.

Before you email

A good support message is short, specific, and includes enough context to reproduce what happened. If you take one minute to write a clear report, you will usually save yourself a lot of back and forth.

Start with what you were trying to do
For example you were adding a guest, marking an RSVP, updating a budget item, or adjusting the timeline. This tells us which part of the planner matters most.
Tell us what happened and what you expected
A clear comparison makes it easy to spot whether the issue is a bug, a confusing label, or a missing step. If the page redirected or refreshed unexpectedly, include the URL you saw before and after.
Include your browser and device
Small differences can matter. If you can, include the browser name and version, and whether you are on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Screenshots help more than long explanations
A screenshot is often enough to show a missing button, a layout issue, or a message that disappears too quickly. If the issue is a sequence, two screenshots are perfect.
If it is a planning question, share your goal
If you are not sure what to do next, tell us what kind of event you are planning and what outcome you want. We can point you to a path that feels manageable without overwhelming you.
Good example message

I am on the wedding guests page. I added a guest, then refreshed the page, and the list changed order. I expected the same order as before. I am using Safari on macOS. Screenshot attached. The URL was the guests tab under wedding.

Troubleshooting you can try right now

Many issues come from cached files, a blocked cookie, or a temporary network problem. These quick checks are safe and can fix the problem immediately.

If the page looks outdated
Refresh once, then close the tab and open it again. If it still looks wrong, try a private window. Private windows help rule out stale cache and extensions.
If you cannot stay signed in
Make sure cookies are allowed for this site. If your browser blocks all cookies, sign in and refresh flows will not work correctly. If you changed privacy settings recently, try signing in again.
If saving feels inconsistent
Check your connection and try the action again after a few seconds. If you are switching networks, it can interrupt requests without showing a clear message.
If printing looks strange
Try printing from a different browser, or choose a different scale option in the print dialog. If possible, share a screenshot of the print preview so we can see what the browser is doing.
If the planner redirects after refresh
Copy the URL before you refresh, then refresh once, and copy the URL after it finishes loading. Include both URLs in your email so we can verify the route behavior.
Still stuck
Email support with the exact page URL and we will help. The more specific your report, the faster we can reproduce it.

Frequently asked questions

These are common questions from people planning weddings, birthdays, and baby showers. If your question is not answered here, email us with a short description of what you are trying to accomplish and where you feel stuck.

What to expect

We aim to reply with clear steps you can follow. If we need more detail, we will ask one focused question rather than sending a long checklist.

Do I need an account to use the planner

You can explore the planner without creating an account. This is useful when you want to see how the tools work before you decide to save anything. If you want your event saved so you can return later on another device, sign in when you are ready.

How should I start if I feel overwhelmed

Start with the checklist because it gives you a simple path. Then set a budget so you have boundaries. Next build your guest list because it affects almost every other decision. After those three are in place, the registry and timeline usually feel much easier.

Is this only for weddings

No. The planner supports weddings, birthdays, and baby showers, and the tools are useful for many other events too. The structure is similar across event types so you can focus on planning rather than learning a new interface every time.

How do I organize tasks in the checklist

Use the checklist to track what needs to happen next and what is already done. If you are planning with someone else, agree on who owns each task and keep notes short and clear. A good checklist reads like a plan you can follow during a busy week without thinking too hard.

How detailed should my budget be

Start simple. Add major categories first such as venue, food, attire, and decor. Then add details only when you need them, such as a separate line for cake or photography. A budget is most helpful when it reflects real decisions rather than perfect estimates.

How do I handle RSVPs

Keep the guest list accurate and update RSVP status as soon as you hear back. If you have multiple groups, keep notes that remind you how you invited them. RSVP tracking is easiest when you decide one place to record updates and always use it.

What should I put in the registry

A good registry includes a range of prices and a mix of practical and personal items. Think about daily life first, then add items that support your event or your home. If you do not want physical gifts, add options like experiences or a cash fund when appropriate.

How should I build the timeline

Start with fixed events such as ceremony time, meal time, or guest arrival. Then add buffer time between moments so the day feels calm. A timeline is successful when it reduces stress, not when it tries to fill every minute.

Why does the page sometimes look different after refresh

Browsers sometimes load cached files, especially on fast connections. If you see a brief flicker, it can be the browser swapping from a cached shell to the live route. If you can share the exact route and your browser details, we can verify whether anything needs adjustment.

Can I ask about partnerships or advertising

Yes. Email is the best way. Include what you want to do, the timeline you have in mind, and any examples that match the audience. Clear and respectful proposals get faster replies because we can decide quickly whether it fits the site.
